Wayne McPhee

Wayne McPhee is a Brisbane-based theatre-maker, writer, and creative producer whose work pushes the boundaries of contemporary performance. Wayne creates bold, dynamic live experiences that challenge, provoke, and resonate. His work is defined by an evocative and unconventional style. His practice is grounded in collaboration, bringing emerging and established artists together to explore our shared humanity through performance. He champions stories that confront marginalisation and amplify underrepresented voices. Deeply invested in using theatre as a tool for dialogue and social reflection.

Beyond his creative work, Wayne is dedicated to strengthening Brisbane’s artistic community. He facilitates workshops, social events, and mentorship opportunities for local artists and theatre-makers.

Wayne’s practice continues to evolve, creating space for stories that matter and projects that inspire conversation, connection, and change.

Al Brombeck

Al Bromback is an experienced stage manager and a veritable theatre all-rounder. Equally comfortable on stage and off, they've worked with many notable companies in both the professional and community theatre space including Ad Astra, Nash Theatre, and Spadewerx. Last year they stage-managed Musical Theatre Australia's Queensland tour of A Girl's Guide to World War, Thrive's school tour of Blackrock, and various Comedy Cruises for Carnival and P&O Cruises through the Sit Down Comedy Club.

Brigitte Thamm

Brigitte Bennet is an emerging theatre practitioner who specialises in Stage & Production Management, and Set/Prop Design & Realisation. Previously she has Stage Managed for Sparrowland Short Film Festival; Production Managed AI May (Embodi Theatre); Set Designed & Realised Prospect Terrace (PIP Theatre), Venus In Fur and Psycho Beach Party (The X Collective), and performed a variety of other live event and theatre roles too numerous to list.

Their business, BrigitteVTheatre, has recently expanded to include event coordination, and draws from a talented pool of local contacts to ensure each show or event is the best it can be.
